Adam Paolella is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Assured Capital Funding since 2016. I earned my BBA from Walsh College, and bring more than 15 years of experience in mortgage consulting, sales, management, staff training, and quality control to the state of Michigan.

I have natural leadership abilities to motivate and encourage others to be their best and feel fulfilled in their roles. I have managerial and coaching skills for training and advising mortgage veterans, and individuals new to the industry. I’ve engaged in private debt consultation for restructuring and repairing clients’ credit who otherwise feel hopeless about their financial situation. I am passionate about advocating for a healthy financial profile as this extends to each family’s quality of life; a transparent & strategic mortgage process; and creative financing solutions that are tailored to each family.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time on Lake St. Clair with my wife and dog. I have played the drums for 20 years, and the one thing my circle of influence all agree: I don’t miss a beat when it comes to serving you.
